·       We welcome papers discussing the following questions: How can anthropology be actively involved in interpretation and solutions for religious, ethnic, "regional", and other socio-economic problems as well as understanding issues of self-identification?

·         How is social knowledge constructed in the constantly changing environment of globalization?

·         To what extent academic communities and institutions produce useful knowledge and actively take part in socio-cultural aspects of society?

·         Do “western” and “local” researchers engage in dialogues?

·         What is the role of the ‘generational’ factor? 

·         How important is the role of institutionalized traditions in everyday life and inter-regional communication?

    

     Meals will be provided, accommodation will be offered for the selected participants.
